 I don't have much to say except that I have finally found a cartoon style of my own (after experimenting for over 10 years)
It's clean, it's simple, it's what comes the most natural to me...

}Mon tattoo est terminé...
My orchids tattoo is finally completed!
It took a whole year to finish it!!! Well... my tattoo artist moved out West but came back in town this week and gave me a call saying she could see me! I was ecstatic!!
Patience is a virtue my friend... I didn't want any other artist touching it since she did it from scratch and is just an amazing artist!
Don't judge before you get to know someone... half the people I know would never expect that I have tattoos! (Tasteful ones in strategic places of course) It's something that has always interested me but I can't say that I fit the mold... and I am not doing this to "fit in" like many girls have.
Do you know what a "Tramp Stamp" is? They are lower back tattoos that MANY women had done in the last few years. Just to seduce, just to fit in... Ugh! (Read more...)
Tattoos are personnal; some are on display, others hide discretly under your clothes, awaiting the proper conversation to deserve to be shown.
Most of mine (4 so far) fall in the second category. I have: pink orchids on my back, kanji for "Angel" on the back of my neck, kanji for "In memory of my father" on my forearm and a daisy on my foot, in memory of my grandmother! (This is the one mostly on display)
My sister and I are planning on getting wings in the somewhat near future!
